Warranty Policy

10-Year Limited Warranty

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

This 10-Year Limited Warranty applies to Slecofom mattresses purchased directly from https://slecofom.com. Slecofom is operated by XUNHUI TRADING LIMITED. This warranty is separate from our 101-night sleep trial: the trial covers your comfort and satisfaction, while this warranty covers manufacturing defects.

What This Warranty Covers

For 10 years from the date of delivery, we warrant your mattress against the following manufacturing defects under normal household use:

  • Visible body indentations or sagging greater than 1 inch, not caused by an improper or unsupported foundation
  • Cracking, splitting, or breakdown of the foam materials
  • Failure of the pocketed coil spring system, including broken or protruding coils
  • Seam separation or unraveling stitching
  • Manufacturing defects in the mattress cover (the removable cover is warranted for 2 years)

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal softening of foam over time, which does not affect pressure-relieving performance
  • Comfort preference (firmness level, feel, or size choice — these are covered by the 101-night sleep trial instead)
  • Indentations of 1 inch or less
  • Stains, burns, tears, odors, mold, or damage from misuse, abuse, or improper cleaning
  • Damage caused by an improper foundation (see requirements below)
  • Mattresses used in commercial, rental, or hospitality settings
  • Products purchased from any seller other than https://slecofom.com
  • Mattresses that have been altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Slecofom

Foundation Requirements

This warranty is valid only if the mattress is used on a proper, supportive foundation: a platform bed, a slatted base with slats no more than 4 inches apart, a box spring in good condition, or an adjustable base. Floor use is acceptable in dry, well-ventilated rooms; however, damage caused by moisture, mold, or an unsuitable surface is not covered. Using the mattress on a sagging or damaged foundation voids this warranty.

How to File a Claim

Email support@slecofom.com with:

  1. Your order number and the name and email used on the order
  2. Clear photos or video showing the defect (for sagging claims, place a straight edge across the mattress and measure the indentation depth with a ruler visible in the photo)
  3. A photo of the foundation your mattress rests on
  4. A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and may ask follow-up questions.

Our Remedy

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair the mattress or replace it with the same model — or a comparable model if the original is discontinued. Warranty replacements do not restart or extend the original warranty period, and do not include a new sleep trial. This warranty does not provide cash refunds; refunds within the trial period are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

For valid claims within the first 3 years, Slecofom covers all shipping and handling costs. From year 4 through year 10, the customer is responsible for transportation costs associated with the warranty replacement, currently estimated at $50–$80 depending on location.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a mattress delivered within the United States, and is not transferable. Please keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is the exclusive remedy for product defects. Slecofom is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including lost sleep time, property damage, or personal injury arising from product use. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by state.
