A: For unopened items, you may refuse delivery and the package will be returned automatically, or email support@slecofom.com to arrange a return. For mattresses opened under the 101-night sleep trial, returns are still free: after at least 30 nights of testing, contact us and we will schedule a free pickup and issue a full refund.
