A: Since each individual’s weight and physical perception varies, we cannot guarantee that every customer will experience the same level of firmness/softness with the same mattress. Similar to how "saltiness" has no universal standard, differences in perceived firmness or comfort are subjective and not considered product defects, and therefore do not qualify for a refund. If you still wish to return the mattress, it must be repackaged in its original box, or you must arrange for a carrier to collect it. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
