 Split seams, damaged springs, or significant sagging (≥1.5 inches). 
 If any of these issues are found, contact Slecofom immediately to initiate a claim. 
2. Warranty Periods 
 Appearance Defects: Covered for 3 months from the date of purchase (e.g., split seams). 
 Structural Defects: Covered for 3 years from the date of purchase (e.g., spring damage, permanent sagging). 
3. Eligibility 
 This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. 
 It is non-transferable and valid solely for residential use of Slecofom mattresses.
