Q：How do you return an accessory?

A：For unopened mattresses, you can choose to refuse delivery and have it automatically returned, or sign for the package and contact FedEx/UPS for pickup and mailing it back to our address.For opened mattresses, as mattresses are intimate hygiene products, once opened and used, we cannot accept returns without a reason (this is clearly stated in the policy at the time of purchase). You can donate the product to a charity of your choice.
